About
We are a small branding and design agency in Portland, Maine. We are long-time collaborators who share a passion and respect for process, craftsmanship, technology and cohesive, client-focused work. We set up shop together in early 2010, and in summer 2011 took on the name Might & Main. 'With might and main" is an old English phrase meaning "with all of one's strength and vigor." The name reflects our wide range of capabilities, our commitment and dedication to both strategy and craft—in short, to doing our all in all that we do.
Might & Main focuses on your brand and all of the experiences around it, whether on pixels, paper, or in the environment. We create identities from scratch, refocus existing brands and breathe new life into them, and work with well established companies and organizations to continue to build on their valuable equity. Our commitment to research means that we’ll know your story inside and out, whether we helped you write it or we’re adding to it. Our dedication to beautiful, well-executed and elegant design means you'll stand out online and off, and our attention to detail and love of collaboration mean all aspects of the process from start to finish will be cohesive, well-considered, and above all, easy for you.
